Dominika started working at Career Angels in March 2016, being a first-year student of Enthnolinguistics at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Dominika works in Polish, English and Spanish, and she’s also learning Persian intensively. At Career Angels, her responsibilities include preparation of application documents and reports for our clients. She is also in charge of the investment funds database. Poetry is Dominika’s passion. In 2015 she published a volume of poems entitled: „Geometria i baśnie”, she also won a prize in the competition for the best world poem “Premio Poesía Jovellanos” (2016). Inspired by the experience gained at Career Angels, Dominika decided to start Management and Business Law studies.
Jan started working at Career Angels in August 2017. He is a 4th year student of Psychology at the University of Warsaw. He is doing his Psychotherapy specialisation with some additional subjects from Psychology of Work Organization. Jan is responsible for preparing documents and reports for clients, updating the decision makers database, preparing a set of “hidden” job ads. Additionally, he supports Maria with recruiting new Mini Angels, and plays the role of a mentor for them during their induction period. Since April 2018 Jan also helps Career Angels in organizing of series of events for experiences managers who are looking for a change in their career. Jan works in Polish and English.
Maria joined Career Angels in 2013. She has worked as an Associate Consultant at Devonshire and has studied “Management of Human Resources” at the University of Economics in Cracow. Maria’s main responsibilities: recruit Mini & Career Angels (incl. testing), train all new team members and ensure every Angel is on par with our quality standards. She also helps everyone to firstly get & feel connected to our remote, virtual team and then enable everyone to stay “plugged in”. Maria works in English and Polish.
Sara started working at Career Angels in April 2018. She is a 2nd-year student of Applied Linguistics (French, Swedish, Russian) at the University of Warsaw. She is responsible for preparing documents and reports for clients, updating the briefings database, as well as creating or updating internal documents. Sara is interested in psycholinguistics and Medieval French literature. She works in Polish and English.
Ania started working at Career Angels in September 2015. She is a 5th-year student of Psychology at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. Prior to Career Angels she worked as a Junior Project Manager in the Online department at P.A.M Media Research; also worked as a Recruitment Assistant at ERS. Ania is responsible for preparing documents and reports for clients – she works in Polish, English and German. Additionally, Ania prepares researches and manages the database of headhunters. She is interested in the psychology of intercultural differences as well as in health and clinical psychology. Passionate about foreign languages and likes watching movies “after which nothing remains the same”.
